Yokefellows Ordained as Deacons

       Three honorable men were called into the ministry at our church. We ordained as Deacons, Arthur Osborne, Steven Rappolee, and Dan Whiting. Our church is blessed to have these men and their families. Congratulations to all 3, and may God use you in great and mighty ways as you minister to families within our church and ...our community. We thank God for you, and love and appreciate you for your committment to Christ.

Thanks to all who made the Widows and Widowers Banquet of
First Baptist Church of Centerville.
A successful event

       This is a deacon ministry where the deacons wives cook the meal and the deacon/yokemen serve the food. Its an annual event at our church and has always been enjoyed by all. We actually had 18 widow/widowers present and served a total of 36 people. We all had a great time of fellowship, good food and entertainment.
