The staff of First Baptist Church of Centerville is devoted to your spiritual growth in Jesus Christ. Both vocational and volunteer services are offered for the glory of our God. The staff's greatest joy is to see the Lord at work in the hearts of the people of the church and community. By following Christ, the staff seeks to lead this local body of Christ in the will of the Father through worship, service and sacrifice. May God increase as we decrease!

   God has brought together a wonderful group of men to form the deacon body of First Baptist Church of Centerville. They are called of God and confirmed by the church to serve the needs of the body of Christ. These men meet the qualifications of the servant model deacon described in the New Testament Scripture. Each exercises their gifts as they pray for the membership and visit the sick or home bound. They also provide leadership by their God given wisdom and Christian lives, Most of all, They love Jesus and hunger to see people come to know Christ also. The Church is blessed by the deacon's abilities and availability.
